Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a (Senior) Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of our decision-making process, guiding the company’s financial strategy. 

  • You take full responsibility for the monthly Rolling Forecasting, including revenue, gross margin, and contribution Margin, ensuring precise and proactive financial planning.

  • You understand and develop the order economics of our business and help commercial teams steer the company.

  • You develop and implement automated KPI reporting systems, driving efficient monitoring of key business metrics and enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • You lead the preparation and execution of quarterly business reviews, analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights to improve our business strategy.

  • You actively participate in weekly business steering and business reviews, helping the team identify opportunities and risks to enhance business performance.

  • You work on cash planning and working capital management and collaborate with your team to support quarterly investor reporting, bi-annual budgets, and long-term financial planning.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field focusing on finance and business management. 

  • You bring 4-8 years of professional Finance experience focusing on monthly rolling forecasting and weekly & monthly business reviews,  ideally within an e-commerce environment.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (especially Excel and Google Sheets). Knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion); SQL is a plus.

  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and are interested in automation potentials and technology-supported financial processes.

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to engage confidently with stakeholders. German is a plus.
