Private Label Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You manage and develop the private label portfolio along the entire value chain to sustainably increase revenue and profitability.
• You establish long-term, value-driven relationships with our manufacturers and negotiate at the C-level to optimize purchasing conditions and margins.
• You are the primary contact for strategic supplier relationships and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives as well as regular reporting to stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Pricing.
• You are responsible for the profitability and performance of the assortment, conducting price analyses and implementing actions to boost revenue and profitability.
• You attend trade fairs and build new production partnerships both nationally and internationally to expand our private label range.

Your Profile

• You have graduated with above-average results in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• You have initial experience in e-commerce, private label sourcing, or procurement in the tools industry.
• You are an expert in the acquisition, evaluation and negotiation of suppliers in Asia and Europe.
• You have excellent Excel skills and ideally some experience with SQL.
• You possess strong analytical skills and work results-oriented, structured, and with a high degree of autonomy.
