Deine Aufgaben

• You conduct in-depth analyses, create dashboards, driver trees, and drill-downs to enhance understanding of our business performance
• You influence commercial decision-making by leading regular steering meetings based on insights from your analyses
• You propose key strategic initiatives and support their implementation
• You ensure company-wide alignment on KPIs, including their calculation methods and interpretation across all departments
• You drive a data-driven planning process for the commercial year and major events like Black Friday / Cyber Week

Dein Profil

• You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience and a proven track record of influencing commercial decision-making through targeted analysis and strategic planning
• You have advanced analytical capabilities including proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and the Google Office Suite, allowing you to efficiently manage data and create insightful reports and have Python experience as a plus to enhance data analytics
• You have a more than solid business acumen and commercial knowledge
• You have strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to align on business goals
• You bring expertise in process management, optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency across projects
