As Product Experience Manager you support the optimization of site elements to enhance the overall product browsing experience on our platform by refining the user journey through effective site structure and data accuracy.
Your Tasks
You drive improvements to the customer experience through onsite & product content enhancements, e.g. improving filters and how we showcase information on the product page, backfill or correct product information at scale
You use analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within the site elements
You identify opportunities for automation in processes, with support from the tech teams
You work closely with the Product Experience Lead, SEO team, and other stakeholders to implement enhancements and new features
You assist in identifying, prioritizing, testing, and launching new features and enhancements.
Your Profile
You completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
You ideally gained 1 or 2 years of experience in merchandising, product management, product data, product experience, or analytics.
You have basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira). Understanding backend and frontend systems related to product data and catalog management is a plus.
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
You have excellent communication skills, team player mentality, and the ability to adapt quickly and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.
