Deine Aufgaben

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you ensure the successful execution of essential strategic and company-wide projects, working collaboratively with all departments and alongside top management. You structure and manage challenging strategy projects, such as the implementation of a company-wide ERP, operational efficiency initiatives, and regulatory projects. Furthermore, you ensure that projects are delivered within time, budget, and scope. 

• Project Management Leadership: You provide robust leadership across technical and business process workstreams, ensuring alignment with PMI best practices for project and program management.
• Schedule and Budget Management: You ensure that projects are implemented on time and within budget, achieving project goals that align with business objectives.
• Collaboration and Communication: You work closely with the management team, program sponsors, and other initiative members to facilitate successful project implementation through effective communication and collaboration.
• Risk Management: You identify potential project risks, consult with relevant stakeholders to recommend suitable mitigating actions, and manage their implementation to minimize or eliminate impacts on the project.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: You continuously monitor and evaluate program/project progress, providing accurate and timely reports to management, Steering Committees, and other relevant parties as needed.
• Project Analysis: You analyze various project components, including functional requirements, commercial agreements, and other relevant aspects, to ensure comprehensive understanding and management.

Dein Profil

• You gained 4+ years of experience as a proven performer in an operational project/program management role, preferably with a leading consulting firm.
• You already have an official PMP certification.
• You have a proven record of planning and managing projects.
• You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• You bring an extraordinary ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English. Ideally, also in German.
