As a Product Analyst (m/f/x), you quantify our customers' shopping experience by measuring top-of-funnel activities, purchasing behavior, and product experience. Based on this, you identify opportunities and help business, product, and engineering teams prioritize the highest ROI improvements to our shopping experience.

Deine Aufgaben

• You define the key data points and events we need to measure to understand the customer shopping experience and key performance drivers along the funnel 

• You form hypotheses to identify opportunities in the customer journey to increase conversion and reduce barriers leading to drop-off

• You collaborate with various Stakeholder teams (Product, Content, UX) to design experiments optimizing the products and improve features, user engagement, and performance

• You design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate shopping and product changes, ensuring valid and reliable results.

• You conduct market research and competitor screening to identify trends in technologies, targeting and personalization

Dein Profil

• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing) and over 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or product analytics.
• You have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, user acquisition strategies, and customer journey mapping. 
• You are proficient in data analysis and SQL, Python and/or R as well as having experience with data visualization tools. Ideally, you are also familiar with calculating MDE, statistical hypothesis testing or monitoring sample ratio.
• You possess strong analytical skills, can interpret complex data, and translate it into actionable insights, and have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• You excel in strong communication skills, presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating effectively in cross-functional team
