With a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong leadership skills, you will lead our high-performing marketing team. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in our ambition to create and capture demand from our B2B craftsmen customers, aiming to become their supplier of choice by delivering exceptional value and tailored solutions.
Deine Aufgaben
You develop and implement the overall marketing & CRM strategy for 5 European markets aligning with our corporate strategy.
You oversee Performance Marketing & CRM teams, including SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, and CRM channels to drive growth.
You manage budgets, track performance, and achieve marketing goals across various channels.
You generate actionable insights to optimize our marketing campaigns by using data analytics.
You improve efficiency by implementing marketing automation tools and workflows.
You identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
You lead and mentor a diverse, multilingual, and multicultural team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Dein Profil
You have five-plus years of experience in marketing leadership roles driving growth, with a focus on CRM and performance marketing.
You have demonstrated experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns.
You possess strong leadership skills (balancing hands-on and empowering) to manage a diverse team of experts and foster growth.
You bring strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data to inform strategic decision-making.
You are a strategic thinker with a long-term vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
You possess strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. You can drive the development of new projects and manage timelines and deliverables reliably.
You are resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
